Jessica Bergevin, PT

Jodi Bremner, PT
Registered Physiotherapist

Jessica's Physiotherapy treatment approach is a blend of hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and understanding the biopsychosocial components of pain and injury. She believes in achieving optimal health and physical function for her patients.

As the mother of two, she personally understands the physiological changes that occur in pregnancy and after labour and delivery. Jessica is an excellent resource in exploring the best treatment approach during pregnancy and after baby. She is proud to offer Pelvic Health Physiotherapy and advocates for the advancement of birthing health in Canada. Jessica is currently completing a Doctor of Science in Rehabilitation and Health Leadership through Queen's University focused on prenatal care.

Preventing and treating osteoarthritis, improving symptoms caused by postural dysfunction, resolving neck and back pain, and providing both prenatal care and postpartum rehabilitation are some of her areas of experience.
