Remedia offers orthopaedic and pelvic health physiotherapy with experienced clinicians.
Physiotherapy assessment and treatment can support pain management, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and recovery.

Pilates
Remedia's Pilates classes are led by our physiotherapists and kinesiologists. A physiotherapy assessment is required for referral into class.
New Pilates program members welcome, and referrals from physiotherapists in the community are accepted.

Equestrian
Our Physiotherapist offers comprehensive assessment and evidence-based interventions for equestrian riders focued on spine, hip, and pelvic alignment, mobility, core strength, and equestrian-specific function.
Her approach integrates postural analysis, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and therapeutic movement tailored to the unique needs of each rider.
