Two Additional Free Prenatal Infant Feeding Class Times in April

April and May Pilates at the Clinic

Registration is available for April and May Pilates - you can register online via our website, email the clinic with a list of the classes you would like to register for, or give us a call!

Please note there is no class Monday May 18. Jenna Guy (JG) will be subbing a few of Jessica's (JB) classes in April and May. On Wednesday May 27th our Intermediate class will be at 9:30am as the Breast Health Workshop will run 11:00am-12:30pm that day (see poster to follow).

Event: Maritime Pelvic Physiotherapy Conference and Social

Dates: Friday October 23 – Saturday October 24, 2026

Location: Canning, Nova Scotia

Cost: $350 (for two-days)
