New Equestrian Offering
Jessica Bergevin, Physiotherapist, is passionate about supporting equestrian riders to achieve optimal performance and physical well-being. With over 14 years clinical experience in orthopaedics and pelvic health, Jessica provides comprehensive assessment and evidence-based interventions focused on spine, hip, and pelvic alignment, mobility, and strength. Her approach integrates postural analysis, manual therapy, targeted exercise prescription, and therapeutic movement strategies tailored to the unique needs of each rider.
About the Horse Simulator (named Will-oh!)
Will-oh! is a professional horse-riding simulator that allows riders to work on position, balance, symmetry, and coordination in a controlled, repeatable environment. By removing variables such as horse behaviour and fatigue, the simulator helps riders focus on how their body moves and functions in the saddle.
For rehabilitation and return-to-ride contexts, Will-oh! supports safe, progressive work on alignment, pelvic mobility, core control, and movement awareness. Objective feedback and consistent movement patterns make it easier to observe asymmetries, reinforce correct mechanics, and translate clinical improvements into riding-specific function.
Equestrian appointments at Willow & Withers Stables with Jessica are available beginning January 23, 2026.
Appointment times are Fridays at 11:30am, 12:15pm, and 1:00pm
Appointments are 45 minutes in length and include access to the horse simulator.
Appointment fee is $145, billed as Physiotherapy
New physiotherapy patients welcome!

Jessica's Equestrian Physiotherapy appointments are offered in collaboration with Willow & Withers Stables. These appointments will take place at Willow & Withers Stables located at 1575 Middle Dyke Road, Sheffield Mills, Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia. https://willowandwithers.ca/
