July classes will remain indoors.
Starting in August we will move outdoors to the Pilates Garden!

The clinic will be closed in August for upgrades,
and reopening in September.

Please welcome Brea Hazel (left) Rachel Whitten (right) to the Remedia Team
as Clinic Operations Leads.
Brea is entering her fourth year of Kinesiology at Acadia University this fall and Rachel has graduated from Kinesiology at Acadia University and is pursuing a Masters in
Occupational Therapy at Dalhousie this fall.
We are so thankful to have Brea and Rachel helping with clinic and studio operations, and providing a welcoming presence at reception.
